Refund Policy

This refund policy describes Win2Day Bonus Oy’s (“Win2Day Bonus”, “we”, “us”, “our”) return, cancellation, and refund practices for consumers and business customers. As a B2B game development studio, most of our digital services are governed by separate project agreements. This policy is based on the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978), the Sale of Goods Act (754/1987), and the Distance Selling Act (917/2014).

3. 14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)

3.1 Scope of the right

Under Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel a distance or off-premises sales contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal applies to physical products that we have not customised to your individual request.

We will refund all payments (product and original delivery charge) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have shown that you have returned it.

We may deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in the product’s value resulting from unnecessary handling (for example, an opened and used promotional item).

4. Defective and incorrect products

Under Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

If we do not deliver a product within the agreed time, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. We will notify you of delays by email. If a delay is caused by force majeure (natural disaster, strike, government order), we will seek a new delivery date or offer a refund.
