What the site is

We are a Helsinki-based B2B game studio — we build HTML5 casino slots for operators and aggregators. The site showcases the studio, offers browser demos (such as Wild Quest), links to Slots Oscar on Google Play, a contact form, and chat.

Important: we do not offer real-money gambling to the public and are not a Valvira-licensed operator. Demos and the Slots Oscar app use play money or virtual credits only.

Age limit and permitted use

The site and apps are for users aged 18 and over. You may use them for personal evaluation or professional purposes in line with these terms.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: reverse engineering code, running bots or scripts without permission, disrupting the service, sending misleading messages, and infringing intellectual property rights.

Demos and apps

The Wild Quest browser demo, Slots Oscar on Google Play, and other demos are intended to showcase mechanics, graphics, and UI — not for real-money play. Virtual winnings cannot be withdrawn. RTP may differ from production versions.

Real-money play takes place only on a Valvira-licensed operator’s site; see Responsible Gaming.

Demos and apps are provided “as is”. We may remove or update them without prior notice.

Intellectual property

Code, graphics, audio, logos, game mechanics, and documentation belong to Win2Day Bonus Oy or its licensors (Finnish Copyright Act 404/1961, Trademarks Act 544/2019).

You may not copy, sell, or modify content without written permission. B2B clients receive rights under a separate agreement.

Content you submit

We may process messages sent via forms and chat to provide the service. Personal data: Privacy Policy. You confirm that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

Third-party links

Links (LinkedIn, Google Play, GamCare, GambleAware, Google Maps, etc.) lead to external sites for which we are not responsible for content or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

We aim to keep the site available, but outages may occur due to maintenance or force majeure.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, demo or app outcomes, third-party actions, or business interruption.

If liability is established for any reason, it is limited to €500 or the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months — whichever is greater. Mandatory consumer protection under Finnish law (38/1978) remains unaffected.

Indemnification

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or unlawful use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms by publishing a new version. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes. We may block access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain in force.

Disputes: first contact legal@win2daybonus.com and allow 30 days for negotiation. Otherwise, the Helsinki District Court has jurisdiction; consumers may nevertheless bring proceedings in their place of residence.

Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
